We build through public private partnership: city, state, and federal tools paired with private capital. The commitment is mixed income housing in neighborhoods that are gentrifying, so the people who built those neighborhoods share in what comes next. We have closed with HUD, WHEDA, LISC, Cinnaire, and city and state partners across Wisconsin and Alabama, and we are actively pursuing our next markets.
